• In January 2014, the Board of Directors appointed Frank Reyes as the new C.E.O. of SIEMBRACORP.
• For more than 20 years he lived, worked and studied in the United States, where he studied business administration at California State University of San Marcos, CSUSM.
• Frank is a Corporate Attorney with a specialty in Tax Law. He received his Law Degree and a Masters Degree in Education at Universidad UNID.
• He is currently studying his second masters degree, an MBA with a concentration in Marketing at Universidad Regiomontana de Monterrey (U-ERRE).
• Passionate about education. For over 14 years, he has served as an Academic Advisor & Professor at UNID University, where he has delivered courses & conferences to faculty & administrative staff across 47 campuses.
• Currently, in addition to leading SIEMBRACORP, he is a Professor at the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey & Universidad TecMilenio.
• 20+ years of experience in H.R. & training. Successfully recruited & trained more than 7,000 employees in Mexico and the U.S., for renowned international companies, including AT&T, TELvista/Verizon, and Panasonic.
• He has dedicated all his professional career to creating new companies and being a Business Consultant for investors from Canada, United States and Mexico.
• Mr. Reyes has over 25 years of experience in the Call Center Industry (since 1994). He helped create over ELEVEN (11) call centers from the ground up.
• However, for Frank, his most IMPORTANT achievement is that his children, Emily and Kevin, and his best friend and wife, Ana, see him with pride, respect, and admiration.
