Laura Montiel

Lic. Laura Montiel is SIEMBRACORP´s Head Attorney. She has a Bar License (“Cédula Profesional”) to Litigate and defend our clients in court. She also supervises all our attorneys and is in-charge of the Legal Affairs in all our offices and clients in Mexico. She graduated with a Law Degree from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, UABC.

Counselor Montiel specializes in Corporate/Business Law but she also litigates cases and procedures related to Labor Law, Civil Law & Family Law.
